Puzzle Bar

A product born from the All Terrain Bike Meeting, jointly developed by three shops: CRUMB CYCLES, ALT CYCLES, and IDE STORE.

We named it the Puzzle Bar because threading the stem through the handlebar feels like solving a puzzle.

Inspired by the old-style handlebars designed to accept quill stems, once found on old BMX bikes and cruisers, we reworked the concept with modern standards and proportions to make it practical and easy to use.

With just the right rise and a moderate backsweep, it works equally well for cruising around town or having fun on the trails.

At first glance, it looks like a simple klunker bar, but its shape is entirely original.

We brought to life something that feels like it should have existed all along, but somehow never did.

Stem compatibility may vary, but being able to run a klunker bar with a threaded stem is a pretty great thing. It pairs especially well with old-school mountain bikes.

It’s a niche product, no doubt, but we’re sure there are people out there who have been looking for exactly this.

We hope it finds its way to the people who really get it.
